Comprehensive sleep session

Holistic assessment, 1 hour consultation, and sleep solution plan $180

A comprehensive session that delves deeper into your family’s unique sleep concerns.

  • Includes a brief intake form to help tailor the session to your needs.

  • You’ll receive a personalised, written sleep plan within 24 hours to guide you in making sustainable changes.

  • Best if you need more thorough support or are navigating multiple sleep challenges.

    • Don’t want to do any form of sleep training whatsoever with their baby, toddler, or older child.

    • Are managing multiple or complex sleep challenges.

    • Would like to find out what the potential underlying causes of their child’s sleep struggles are.

    • Need support with transitions like night weaning, introducing a new sibling, or moving sleep locations (eg. transitioning from the family bed, or moving away from contact naps).

    • Want a personalised plan to address frequent waking, bedtime anxiety or other ongoing challenges.

    • A more in-depth consultation to explore your family’s sleep concerns.

    • Includes a brief intake form before our session so that I can holistically assess your child’s sleep situation.

    • Need advice on a single issue, like managing short naps or early waking.

  • 1. Bedtime Review
    For families struggling with tricky or drawn-out bedtimes. I’ll help you uncover what could be contributing and offer some simple, respectful changes to ease the evenings.

    2. Rhythm Review
    For when you’re not sure why sleep is a challenge. We’ll look at the daily rhythms that support sleep: circadian rhythm, sleep pressure, lifestyle, food, emotional needs, and connection.
